CASPER, Wyo. — Today, the Petroleum Association of Wyoming (PAW) and Western Energy Alliance (Alliance) submitted comments to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) on the proposed listing of the Western Regal Fritillary butterfly as threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
